Unibond's Aero 360 claims to offer an incredible percentage of water extraction compared to other dehumidifiers on the market (which don't usually shine in their features). Therefore, many people were impressed with Aero 360 and there were many brilliant reviews.

The problem is that many people often mistake the Aero 360 for a non-electric dehumidifier or see it as a cheap alternative to a refrigerant or dehumidifier.

However, the Aero 360 has its place. However, if you want to buy it, it is important to balance your expectations with the expected performance. The Aero 360 can't solve anything but the tiniest (non-structural) issues with humidity and window condensation.

How it works

Unlike most non-electric hoods, the Aero 360 works very differently, which allows for greater efficiency. The most noticeable changes are the structure and composition of hygroscopic substances (components that absorb moisture).

In most hoods, the crystalline layer picks up moisture through the top of the unit and then filters it in a reservoir at the bottom. The Aero 360 uses a unique donut-shaped absorbent known as a "tab" that hangs over the collection tank.


2) Improved airflow

This shape allows air to circulate through, over and around the tongue, which is much more aerodynamic, allowing more air to flow through the tongue and thus absorbing more moisture.

3) Avoid smell

The last most noticeable change is the inclusion of a second substance along with a hygroscopic compound that reduces odors associated with humidity. This means not only reducing moisture and excess moisture, but also reducing the moldy, damp smell that it carries.
